Stock units ship within 7 days. Custom configurations require 30–45 days for production plus 2–4 weeks ocean freight depending on destination.

We quote FOB, CIF, CFR and door-to-door DAP/DDP depending on destination country and customer preference.
Do you provide spare parts after delivery?+
Yes. Our bonded warehouse holds a 3,000-unit parts inventory and we guarantee parts supply for at least 10 years per model.
Can you arrange on-site commissioning?+
For orders above five units we can dispatch a Chinese engineer for installation, training and the first service interval.
